Tarddao Bussaya’s Remake

By Tina | June 17, 2009

Hot, man I am ecstatic about this remake. Although I’m getting tired of the endless pool of remakes this is one of the few that I can tolerate. I think when they remake comedies it actually comes out better then actual drama. Tarddao Bussaya is one of my favorite lakorns, but I think what I’m more excited about is the fact that it’s going to be one of my favorite singers first lakorn! Punch has proven to me that she has a flawless singing voice and I’m sure she can prove to me that she can act also. The first time I saw her acting ability was in the movie, “Cooming Soon” along side Chantawit Tanasaewee. Although she didn’t have many scenes in the movie I think out of all the times I saw her she did great. This makes me excited for this lakorn! Tarddao Bussaya has been made I think about 2 times. May even be 3, but the only versions I’ve seen and known of are the 1997 version with Ekkarat and Kob Suvanan Kongying; then in 2005 with Donut Masanan and Nattapong Datchapanya.

Also, dude! I’m super excited that it’ll be Wan AF & Rotmay’s third time pairing up! I’ve hoped for this day since the lakorn Kom Ruk Kom Sanae Ha. Rotmay has come such a very long way since that lakorn. I’m wondering how their chemistry will be after all that time. You can count me in for marking this down on my calendar.

Also, I posted an interview with Punch ^__-” but I’ll be posting it in a separate post cause it doesn’t go well with this one lol.

The short summary of what the lakorn is pretty much this, I got it from sarNworld wiki.

Tad Dow (Kob) is a girl living with her mother and a nanny in Chaingmai (one of a providence in Northern part of Thailand). She doesn’t have a father. One day, there is a man going to her high school to tell her that he is her father. He tells her that her mother ran away while pregnant because she was mad at him for marry another woman by the order of his mother. He is a rich man. He tells Tad Dow that when he dies, all of his property and money will belong to her because her mother is the legal wife. However, Tad Dow has to take a good care of her half-siblings then he left. When Tad Dow gets home, she asks her mother about the truth. Her mother tells her that her real last name is actually Busaya. However she tells Tad Dow not to continue contact with her real father.
